Business Partner Event Information

COVID Protocol

Upon arrival, and before you can pick up your badge, you will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR COVID test within 48 hours.

  • All attendees, including sponsors/exhibitors, are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR COVID test within 48 hours to enter the event. (All test expenses are at the expense of the person getting tested)
  • All attendees, including sponsors/exhibitors, are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival to enter the event.
  • All attendees, including sponsors/exhibitors, are required to follow the health and safety code of conduct. 

Full Registration & Showcase Only Registration

  • Full Registration: All Education, Socials, Lunches
  • Showcase Only Registration: No Education or Socials

Name badges are required for the duration of the Conference. The WACUBO Office will need to know the name, company, title, email, and any dietary restrictions for your complimentary registrants based on your selections within the Business Partner form submission. Each of your complimentary registrants will need to confirm their attendance through our online registration form using a unique code that will be provided to you, with instructions, by the WACUBO office once you have completed the Business Partner form.

Titanium

  • Three (3) full conference registrations
  • One (1) showcase only registration

Platinum

  • Two (2) full conference registrations
  • One (1) showcase only registration

Gold

  • Two (2) full conference registrations
  • One (1) showcase only registration

Silver

  • One (1) full conference registration

Bronze

  • One (1) full conference registration

Copper

  • One full conference registration
