2026 Program Committee: The 2026 Program Committee has worked diligently to curate a fantastic program and are grateful for all your efforts.  Led by Dean Calvo, 2026 Program Chair, program committee members will serve as room ambassadors onsite to provide session introductions and support speaker needs.

Upload your Presentations by Monday, April 27

  • Presentations uploaded by this date will be downloaded by WACUBO staff in their respective session rooms.
  • DOWNLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION.
  • Issues? Please email your presentation to [email protected].  Kindly include the subject line: 2026 AC Presentation: TITLE

Can’t Meet the Deadline? Be prepared to download your presentation directly to the computer in the session room.  Please plan ahead with your presentation on the following platforms:

  • Thumb drive
  • On your personal laptop as a back-up.

SPEAKER TRAINING RESOURCES

WACUBO hosted a speaker orientation in February 2026.  The recording and slides are linked below if you were unable to attend or just want to revisit. If this is your first time presenting at a WACUBO Conference, we strongly encourage you to review these materials prior to the conference, especially to understand the expectations around CPEs.  The recording is approximately 30 minutes in length.

PRESENTATION TEMPLATE

Although not required, we encourage you to use the 2026 template provided.  It has been created according to accessibility best practices.

If you choose to use your own presentation template, kindly consider including the 2026 conference logo and the CPE QR code slides.
