Cancellation | Refunds | Health and Wellness | Code of ConductAttendee Cancellation PolicyAfter registering, if you are not able to attend the conference, we encourage you to send a substitute attendee. You may substitute at any time, even on-site at the conference. However, if you must cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee, less a $75 cancellation fee. All written cancellation requests must be received by Friday, April 4, 2025. No refunds will be issued after Friday, April 4, 2025. No refunds can be made by WACUBO for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference. Refund Due to Registration Error PolicyThe WACUBO Office will audit all non-member attendees at the conclusion of the conference. If eligible for a refund due to being part of a member organization, you will receive a refund for the difference in registration rate after the conference has ended. Type of Payment Update PolicyAll attendees must be aware that payment is not obligatory during the registration process, and I can choose to be invoiced instead. If I decide to provide payment and later wish to modify the card used for payment, a new invoice will be issued. This must be settled before any refund on the original invoice is processed, subject to a $50 processing fee. Regardless, all conference fees are due prior to the event. Health and Wellness Policy
Conference Code of ConductWACUBO events are community events intended for education, networking, and collaboration. We value the participation of everyone and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout all events hosted in the WACUBO space. To make clear what is expected, all attendees, speakers, Business Partners, organizers, and volunteers at any virtual event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct.
