The WACUBO 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the beautiful Hilton Waikoloa Resort in Waikoloa, Hawai’i, May 4-7, 2025.

The 2025 Annual Conference Program Committee seeks presenters from WACUBO member institutions to share their experiences and stories as they address today's issues facing college and university business officers. These proposals should give consideration to our conference theme of working together - "Aʻohe hana nui ke alu ʻia - No task is too big when done together by all."

Concurrent session presentation proposals will be accepted through September 1, 2024. The Program Committee will review submissions and notify presenters whether they have been selected by November 10, 2024.

Respondents are encouraged to review submission guidelines and requirements before submitting proposals. Questions about proposal submissions may be addressed to the WACUBO office at [email protected].

Business Partners interested in presenting at the 2025 conference will need to submit their proposal for approval. Business Partner presentation slots are available for sponsors starting at the Bronze sponsorship level ($10,000 or higher). A Business Partner submission must include the active participation of a WACUBO member institution. Inquiries may be directed to the Business Partner Showcase Committee at [email protected].
