Hotel Registration Policy

Once you register you will receive a confirmation email with the link to book your hotel through the WACUBO room block.

CPE Credits*

Attendees can earn up to 3.5 CPE credits during the Pre-Conference workshops and up to 16.5 CPE credits during the conference.* Pending

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests received on or before Friday, April 5, 2024, will be issued a refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given thereafter except in the event of extenuating circumstances. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Substitution requests must be in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 7 days before the event's start.

Refund Due to Error Policy

The WACUBO Office will audit all non-member attendees after the conference. If eligible for a refund due to being part of a member organization, you will receive a refund for the difference in registration rate after the conference has ended.

Badge Replacement Fee Policy

All attendees must acknowledge that a name badge is required for entry into any section of the conference. If my badge is lost or misplaced, a $10 fee will be levied for printing a replacement badge during the conference.

Type of Payment Update Policy

All attendees should be aware that payment is not obligatory during the registration process, and can choose to be invoiced instead. If I decide to provide payment and later wish to modify the card used for payment, a new invoice will be issued. This must be settled before any refund on the original invoice is processed, subject to a $50 processing fee.
