With the change to a Virtual Annual Conference this year, WACUBO has expanded the registration options for you and your campus. It is our hope you will find our program and schedule, which has been pared down slightly from previous years, informative, relevant, and entertaining. Below are the options available to you.

Registration Options Explained |
1. Institution Group Registration – Best Deal! Registration at a flat-rate for larger groups 5+ attendees from the same Institution*
How it works:
- Pay for all Institution attendees at a flat-rate in a single transaction
- The WACUBO office will email you with a unique registration code for you to distribute to your Institution attendees
- Institution attendees will apply the unique registration code to register
How to register:
- Begin the registration form by selecting "Register Yourself"
- Select "Institution Group Registration"
- Complete required form fields, and request to pay now or the "Invoice me" option.
Please do not register Linked Profiles in this process; the unique registration code will be emailed for you to distribute to your Institution's Linked Profiles.
To prevent duplicate Group Registrations and payments, please review the Institution Group Registration List to verify if your Institution has purchased the group rate. If you do not see your institution on the list, contact your Institution Registration Contact to see if your Institution plans to purchase the group rate. Not sure who that is? Contact the WACUBO office for assistance.
How to apply your unique registration code: (RSVP/register yourself and Institution colleagues)
If you are a WACUBO Member or returning guest with a current profile, please continue with the steps below and log in under the "WACUBO Members & Returning Guests" section.
If you are new to WACUBO, have never attended an event, and do not have a unique profile, please navigate to the login section titled "Don't have a login? Are you a first-time attendee with your WACUBO Institution?" and continue with the steps below.
- Begin the registration form, select "Institution Employee (Pre-Purchased Group Rate)" to RSVP/register yourself
- Complete required form fields
- Enter your unique registration code upon form completion that you should have received from your Institution's registration contact

2. Individual Registration Registration for individuals or institutions with up to 4 participants
How to register:
- Begin the registration form
- Scroll to the bottom of the form page and select "Register Yourself"
- If you're registering fewer than 4 participants, also select "Register Linked Profile"
- Complete required form fields.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received by Monday, May 3, 2021, will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, May 3, 2021. Substitutions can be made at any time. If you have any questions, please contact the office at [email protected].
