Safe Health Systems HealthCheck App

We have taken several steps to make the WACUBO Annual Conference a safe and welcoming environment for all to enjoy. In order to comply with event directives, all attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or Rapid, within 48 hours of event) prior to the event. We will be asking for these documents upon check-in at registration.

Introducing the Safe Health Systems HealthCheck App

For your convenience, we have partnered with Safe Health Systems (SHS) to provide a secure virtual screening service as part of our check-in process. HealthCheck is a mobile app that will assist us in COVID-19 testing and screening services. With the HealthCheck app, you can upload your vaccine card or negative test result before you arrive!

You must opt-in to use the HealthCheck app. After you opt-in, please keep an eye out for an invitation with your username and a link to download the app. It is important to wait for the invitation to be sent to you to ensure you are provided the correct information. Do not download the app prior to receiving your unique invitation.

Opt-In to the HealthCheck App

Note: You must opt-in by Thursday, April 28 at 12:00 PM PST if you want a test kit shipped to you. They will be overnight shipped for Friday delivery.

Safe Health Systems will mail you a COVID test that you can self-administer within the 48-hour window prior to the conference, and your results can be uploaded to the app. Alternatively, you may upload your proof of vaccination.
